1How do I claim my voucher?
All payments will be verified and vouchers issues within 72 hours of purchase.
Once the transaction is 100% complete and successful, you will receive your electronic voucher by email.
2When can I use my voucher?
Vouchers are valid for the stipulated travel dates on each deal, excluding 17 December 2021 – 07 January 2022 and 15 – 17 April 2022.
All vouchers are subject to availability at time of booking.
The original vouchers must be presented upon arrival.
3Can I apply my voucher to an existing booking?
Vouchers are only valid on new bookings and are multiple exclusive.
4From when is my voucher valid?
Voucher are only active once payment has been made and received successfully.
A voucher number will be issued within 72 hours of purchase.
5How does the payment terms work?
Online purchases - Full payment is due immediately whereby a voucher will be issued within 72 hours.
Enquiry purchases - Full payment is due within 48 hours of enquiry whereby a voucher will be issued within 72 hours.
Vouchers are non-refundable and are not transferable for cash and valid at stipulated venues and dates only.
